Usually pudina water is made with fresh pudina/mint leaves but it is not always possible to keep the fresh leaves in hands except you have home grown leaves. Moreover, even if you have fresh leaves in your refrigerator or garden, again this is not easy to make pudina water instantly. More troublesome is when the guests appear without prior intimation and you wanted to serve a drink to them but unfortunately nothing else is available at home.

In such a case, the best choice is pudina masala powder. Just mix in water and serve. So let’s go for the recipe here under :

Pudina water made with pudina masala powder is a drink to make us refresh internally during summers.

  • 1 glass Chilled water
  • 1 tsp Pudina Masala Powder
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Ice cubes
  1. Take a glass of chilled water.
  2. Mix in Pudina Masala Powder.

  3. Add lemon juice.
  4. Taste before serving and adjust the seasoning, if needed.
  5. Serve chilled after adding ice cubes..

NOTE

This drink can be made even when you don’t have pudina masala powder. All you need is some mint leaves, black salt, black pepper powder and dry roasted cumin seeds to make it. note that these are those ingredients which were used in making pudina masala powder too.
