1 cup = 250 ml
- 1/2 cup vermicelli (roasted)
- 1 Avocado (ripe)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 6-7 tbsp sugar (or as per taste)
- 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder
- 3/4 cup water
- 3-4 tbsp Chopped nuts of your choice
Take water and vermicelli in a bowl. Put on low heat.
Cook for 5-7 minutes or until vermicelli turns soft enough to eat.
Remove the pan from the heat and let vermicelli turns completely cool. If there's any water left in vermicelli, drain it. However you could evaporate entire water while cooking vermicelli.
Cut an avocado and add its flesh into s grinder jar.
Also add coconut milk and sugar. Grind into a smooth puree.
Pour this puree on vermicelli.
Add cardamom powder and 2 tbsp of chopped nuts.
Give a good mix.
Place in refrigerator to get chilled.
Enjoy after garnishing with more nuts.
