Ingredients
  

1 cup = 250 ml

  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Rinse quinoa very well.
  • Soak it for 3-4 hours.
  • Drain and add quinoa to a grind jar.
  • Also add chia seeds.
  • Grind to a fine batter.
  • Take the batter in a bowl.
  • Mix salt and oil.
  • Rest for 10 minutes.
  • Brush little oil on non stick skillet or pan.
  • Spread a ladle full of quinoa batter.
  • Let it cook from one side on low heat. You will find it turning firm and colour changing from white to brown.
  • Flip it carefully.
  • Cook from other side as well.
  • Likewise prepare the tortillas will the entire batch and prepare the wraps/rolls the way you like. We have made quinoa Chickpea wraps.
