Add 1 cup suji in a bowl.
Also add 1/2 cup curd, salt to taste and 3/4 cup water. Mix well.
Put on rest for 15 minutes.
Add 3 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp Capsicum, 2 tbsp carrot, 2 tbsp corns, 1 tsp oregano and 1 tbsp tomato ketchup.
Give them a good mix.
Switch on the bread toaster for preheating for 5 minutes.
Lastly add 1 tsp baking soda into batter and again mix well.
Grease bread toaster with oil.
Pour suji batter into the toaster as required.
Close the lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until toast turns brown.
Open the lid and bring out the toast.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or with any dip of your choice.
