1/4cup - 60 mlvegetable oil(plus few drops for greasing)
1/2cup - 120 gramsugar(granulated)
1/4cup - 60 mlmilk(at room temp.)
1/2cup- 140 gramcurd(at room temp.)
1/2tspbaking soda
1tspbaking powder
1tspvanilla essence
pinch of salt
Instructions
Take a bowl and add oil, sugar, milk, curd and vanilla essence.
Give them a good mix.
Place a sieve on the bowl.
Add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Sift them into the bowl.
Mix them and make a smooth batter with no lumps.
Pour into a greased cake tin.
Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes @180 degree C.
To check the done-ness of cake, insert toothpick in the cake. if the toothpick comes out clean, your cake is properly baked, otherwise bake for some more time.
Remove cake from oven. let it cool down, invert and slice.
