Arrange chickpeas stuffing in the very middle of tortilla vertically.
Put some carrot, onion and cabbage Juliennes.
Squeeze lemon juice all over the stuffing.
Sprinkle roasted cumin powder and chaat masala.
Roll the tortilla tightly and wrap inside the butter or parchment paper.
Enjoy.

You can use canned chickpeas as well.
We have used green chutney premix which is an instant version of green chutney. Just mix in some water in green chutney premix and chutney is ready.
You can use any of the sauces for flavouring your wrap, like Tomato Ketchup, Sriracha Sauce, Sweet Chili Sauce, Barbecue Sauce, vegan Mayonnaise or Hot Sauce in the catagory of vegan sauces. If vegetarian, you can opt for mayonnaise, Chipotle Mayo, Ranch Dressing, Thousand Island Dressing or even Honey Mustard for sweet and tangy flavour.
