Pomegranate raita is a refreshing Indian side dish made with yogurt (curd), pomegranate seeds and various spices like cumin, salt and sometimes coriander or mint.

- 1 cup Pomegranate Arils
- 2 cup Yogurt / Curd
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp or as per taste Chaat Masala
- 1/3 tsp Black Salt
- 1/2 tsp red chilli Powder
- 1 tsp roasted Cumin Powder
- 2-3 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
Take a bowl, add curd and whisk it well.
Add rest of the ingredients.
Mix well.
Taste and adjust the seasoning, if needed. Enjoy chilled.
