Plain sandwich bread recipe

Shredded veggies, corns, mayo and bit of seasoning inside the raw/unroasted bread slices and a delicious plain veg sandwich recipe is ready.

1 cup = 200 ml
- 1/2 cup carrots shredded
- 1/2 cup cabbage shredded
- 1/4 cup corns boiled
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (we have used homemade oil-free vegan Mayonnaise)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 2-3 pinches of salt
- 6 slices of sandwich bread
Cut the edges of the bread. Keep the bread aside.
Mix carrots, cabbage, corns, mayonnaise, pepper and salt in a bowl.
Spread this mixture on one side of the bread.
Place another slice of bread over the stuffing.
Cut the bread diagonally.
Enjoy with tomato ketchup.
- In addition to carrots and cabbage, you can add cucumber as well.
- Be careful while adding salt because mayonnaise too have lots of salt already.
- Do not discard the crust part of the bread. You can make bread crumbs or many more recipes with bead crust.
