No Cook Mango Banana Ice Cream Recipe is creamy, refreshing, naturally sweet, and made without condensed milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 mangoes (ripe)
  • 2 bananas (ripe)
  • 1/2 cup cream or malai
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla essence
  • Nuts of your choice
  • Tutti fruity (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Take out the pulp from the mangoes and add in the blender.
  • Add rest of the ingredients also except nuts & tutti fruity.
  • Blend everything into a fine puree.
  • Transfer the puree in airtight container & freeze for an hour or until it is semi set.
  • After one hour, take the semi frozen puree and transfer to blender again. Blend it one more time to break ice crystals formed.
  • Transfer this puree back into the container.
  • Add chopped nuts, tutti fruity, mix & back to freezer for getting set properly. It will take 8 to 10 hours.
  • Your mango banana ice cream is ready. Enjoy

Notes

Better finish this ice cream in 2 to 3 days because thereafter bananas in the ice cream will begin to change their colour to blackish.
