Add water, carom seeds , Nigella seeds, salt, green chilli ginger paste and oil in the pan.
when the water begins to boil, add grated radish, radish leaves & give a mix. If you don't have radish leaves, skip them.
Cover the pan with a lid and let the radish cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Switch off the heat and now start adding rice flour but gradually and keep on mixing.
Cover and rest for 5 minutes.
Transfer it into some wide plate/paraat and knead it into a proper dough without adding water.
Again cover and rest for 5 minutes.
Take a portion of dough and flatten it on a clean surface using rolling pin. Do apply oil on surface as well as on rolling pin so that while flattening, dough shouldn't stick.
Take a round cutter/katori/lid and cut the flattened roti to give it a proper round shape.
Fry them in hot oil till turns brown.
Take them out on a paper nepkin.
Murauri is ready. you can cherish it with any vegetable or curry or just pickle.
