Take poha in a sieve and wash it 2-3 times. Let it remain wet (not soaked) for 15 minutes.
In a microwave safe mug, add oil, mustard seeds, peanuts and curry leaves. Mix
Microwave (high power 900) for 1 minute.
Add carrots, capsicum, onion, green chilli, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix.
Microwave (900) for 2 minutes.
Add poha, salt and mix well.
Sprinkle some water.
Put a lid on mug and microwave (900) for 1 minute.
Mug Poha is ready. Enjoy
