Take semolina and add in a grinder jar.
Grind to a powder, as fine as you can do.
Take it out in a bowl.
Add salt.
By slowly adding water, knead a dough.
Initially dough will be little sticky. Rest 10 minutes.
Thereafter knead it for a minute.
Divide tiny portions of the dough.
Roll a portion using cornflour. Roll it as thin as possible.
Put some stuffing in the middle.
Pick any side of the flatbread and then, start pleating the edges together, pressing them firmly to seal.
When it is half done, pick up the other side and stick it to the pleated side and ensure it's sealed well.
Put the momos in a greased steamer.
As we have a small steamer, we have used electric rice cooker as well for the purpose of steaming.
Steam cook 15 minutes.
Momos are ready.
