Loquat ki chutney recipe

Sweet, tangy, and spicy, loquat ki chutney is a unique condiment made from ripe loquats, perfect for enhancing meals.

- 250 gram Loquat (semi ripe)
- 1 small onion
- 2 green chilies
- 8-10 mint leaves
- 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 4-5 ice cubes
Wash loquat and cut off their black edges from both the sides.
Peel and deseed them.
Put all the loquat in a grinder jar alongwith rest of the ingredients i.e. onion, green chilies, mint leaves, roasted cumin seeds, sugar, salt, black salt and ice cubes.
Grind them to a fine paste.
Loquat ki chutney is ready.
- Our mint leaves are quite a big sized one so added only 8-10 but you can enhance the quantity depending on mint leaves size you have.
- Instead of ice cubes, you can add water as well. The quantity of ice cubes/water depend on your liking for the consistency of chutney.
