Drain the water completely from the dal.
Add dal to the grinder jar.
Add water.
Grind dal to a fine paste.
Take the dal out in a bowl.
Add psyllium husk, salt and oil.
Mix well and rest for 5 -7 minutes.
Then add baking soda and vinegar.
Mix well.
Grease hands with oil and make 3 equal sized balls out of it.
This one we are baking in Air Fryer so put the balls in greased Air Fryer basket.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds on the balls.
Air fry @180°C for 10 minutes.
Open the Air Fryer and turn the sides of the balls.
Again Air Fry for 5 minutes at the same temperature.
White the buns are hot, brush butter (vegan) on them.
Red lentils/masoor dal burger buns are ready.
