Add suji in a grinder jar.
Grind to a powder, as fine as you can.
Add curd.
Give one more blitz.
Suji & curd will get mixed.
Add milk, oil, sugar and salt in the blender.
Rest 10 minutes.
In the meantime, put the oven for preheating @170°C for 10 minutes.
Coming back to ingredients, grind them again to make a smooth batter.
Transfer the batter in a bowl.
Add baking powder and ENO but make sure before adding these two ingredients, oven should compulsorily be preheated because you can't keep the batter out after adding them.
Give it a good mix.
Transfer the batter in a greased loaf pan.
Immediately put the pan in the middle rack of the oven with both the rods on @170°C for 50 minutes.
When done, take the pan out and check by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean, its a sign that bread is properly baked.
Invert the bread out of loaf pan and place on a cooling rack.
Apply butter over the top of the bread.
Cover the bread in a damp cloth for 30 minutes.
Remove the cloth and let bread cool down completely.
Cut into slices and enjoy.
