A filling made with hung curd, which is also called Greek yogurt or strained yogurt, along with some more ingredients inside two slices of bread make a lip smacking sandwich recipe called hung curd sandwich.

- 3 cup curd/yogurt
- 7-8 Bread slices
- 2 tbsp carrot (grated)
- 2 tbsp cabbage (grated)
- 2 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp boiled corns
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Take a bowl, put sieve over it and spread a clean cloth over it.
Add curd in it.
Wrap the cloth and put the bowl in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Take the bowl out and unwrap the cloth.
Our hung curd is ready. This curd is also called Greek yoghurt. If you already have Greek yoghurt, you need not to go through this much process.
Take the hung curd in a bowl.
Add rest of the ingredients except bread.
Give it a good mix.
Cut the edges of bread.
Apply the curd mixture.
Sandwich the bread and cut into a sandwich shape.
Enjoy with the dip of your choice.
