A filling made with hung curd, which is also called Greek yogurt or strained yogurt, along with some more ingredients inside two slices of bread make a lip smacking sandwich recipe called hung curd sandwich.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup curd/yogurt
  • 7-8 Bread slices
  • 2 tbsp carrot (grated)
  • 2 tbsp cabbage (grated)
  • 2 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp boiled corns
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl, put sieve over it and spread a clean cloth over it.
  • Add curd in it.
  • Wrap the cloth and put the bowl in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Take the bowl out and unwrap the cloth.
  • Our hung curd is ready. This curd is also called Greek yoghurt. If you already have Greek yoghurt, you need not to go through this much process.
  • Take the hung curd in a bowl.
  • Add rest of the ingredients except bread.
  • Give it a good mix.
  • Cut the edges of bread.
  • Apply the curd mixture.
  • Sandwich the bread and cut into a sandwich shape.
  • Enjoy with the dip of your choice.
