Take green moong dal.
Wash and soak overnight.
In the morning, drain all water and put the dal in grinder jar.
Wash poha.
Put poha as well in the grinder jar.
Now add ginger and green chilies.
Grind to a fine paste. Add little water if needed.
Take the paste out in some bowl.
Add finely chopped onion, black pepper powder, cumin seeds, garam masala, salt and coriander leaves.
Mix well.
Rest for 5 minutes.
Brush some oil on a non stick tawa.
Drop 3-4 tbsp of batter on tawa.
Spread it with the help of a spoon. It should neither be too thick nor too thin.
Cook from both sides on low heat until cooked. If you will cook it on high heat, it will turn immediately brown from outside but remain raw from inside.
Make the entire batch likewise and enjoy with green chutney or tomato sauce or any dip of your choice.
