This Garlic Mushroom Pepper Stir Fry is a vibrant, colourful and flavorful dish that brings together the earthy taste of mushrooms, colours of bell pepper, crunch of onion, and the aromatic punch of garlic.

- 200 gram mushrooms (cut into halves)
- 1/2 cup bell peppers (cut into square pieces)
- 1 big onion (cut into square pieces)
- 1 tbsp garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp soya sauce (gluten-free)
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp green chilli sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
Take a wide pan or wok.
add oil and garlic in it.
Saute garlic till it turns brown.
Add mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, salt and black pepper powder.
Begin to saute on high heat. The whole cooking process has to be done on high heat.
Water will be seen releasing by vegetables while sauteing. Let water dry completely.
Keep sauteing until mushrooms and bell pepper turn tender.
Add white vinegar, soya sauce, tomato ketchup and green chilli sauce.
Saute for a minute.
Lastly add coriander leaves and mix.
