gajar ka achaar is a tongue tickling condiment made in every indian house.
- 2 cup Carrots peeled & cut into slices
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1.5 tsp Ground mustard seeds
- 1.5 tsp Red chili powder
- 1.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/8 tsp Asafeotida
- 1 tbsp Mustard oil
Peel, wash & cut the carrots into thin slices depending on your choice.
Place them under the sun for about 2-3 days.
When the carrots are dried properly, mix all the above mentioned ingredients together with the carrots and put them in a jar.
Place the jar in the sun for one day.
Your Carrot Pickle is ready.
