Eggless Coffee Pudding with agar agar

Coffee pudding typically refers to a dessert made with milk, sugar, a thickening agent like agar agar/gelatin or corn flour and coffee as one of its primary component.

- 1 +1/4 cup Milk (full fat)
- 1 +1/4 tsp Instant Coffee powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 gram agar agar strips (or 1 tbsp agar agar powder or 1 tbsp gelatin, if non vegetarian)
Take a pan and add milk and coffee.
Mix well.
Then add sugar and agar agar strips.
Mix well.
Put the pan on heat.
Simmer for 4-5 minutes or until agar agar dissolves.
Sieve the milk.
Pour in setting moulds. We have used silicon moulds. You can use any moulds like ramekin bowls or any small bowls.
Let the milk come to room temperature.
Place in refrigerator for 60 minutes.
Demould and enjoy.
