Ingredients
  

1 cup = 250 ml

FOR MELTING CHOCOLATE

  • 100 grams Dark chocolate compound (1/2 cup)
  • 60 gram Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup)

FOR MAKING COFFEE FROTH

  • 10 gram Instant Coffee Powder (2 tbsp)
  • 150 gram powdered sugar (3/4 cup)
  • 30 ml hot water (2 tbsp)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

OTHER INGREDIENTS

  • 120 gram all purpose flour 1 cup
  • 4 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt (skip if butter is salted)
  • 120 ml milk (1/2 cup minus 1 tsp)

Instructions
 

MELTING CHOCOLATE

  • Firstly create a double boiler and for that, put a pan of water on low heat and place another bowl over the pan.
  • Add butter in the pan.
  • Let butter melt completely.
  • Add dark chocolate chunks.
  • Let the chocolate melt. Alternatively you can do this process of melting in microwave as well.
  • Take the bowl off the boiler and leave aside to cool down completely.

MAKING OF COFFEE FROTH

  • Take powdered sugar, coffee powder and warm water in a bowl.
  • Whisk, either with electric beater or hand whisk.
  • Beat until mixture will turn into a creamy froth.
  • Add vanilla essence.
  • Whisk one more time just to mix the essence.
  • Add melted chocolate - butter.
  • Mix well.

MAKING OF CAKE BATTER

  • Put a sieve on the bowl.
  • Add all purpose flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Sift into the bowl.
  • Now start mixing, while adding milk. Make sure milk should be at room temperature.
  • Mix and make a batter of ribbon consistency.

BAKING

  • Pour the batter in greased cake tin lined with greased butter paper.
  • Bake @180°C for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the brownie cool down completely.
  • Take the brownie out of tin and cut into desired sized pieces.
  • Enjoy. It tastes best when slightly warm.
