Add coconut oil, coconut milk & sugar in a non-stick pan. Mix.
Add desiccated coconut.
Keep cooking on low heat all the times.
Milk will keep on reducing and coconut turning thick. Don't miss to stir otherwise it may stick to the pan and burn.
Soon the coconut will start leaving the sides of the pan. Keep cooking.
The coconut mixture will come as a lump.
Remove from the heat and transfer the mixture in a plate.
Let it come to lukewarm.
Take some mixture, first round it and then shape like a bar.
Place in a plate.
Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
When the period of 2 hours is about to be done, melt the chocolate and for that take a pan with boiling water.
Put another bowl over the pan having chocolate.
Double boil till chocolate is completely melted.
Take the chocolate bowl off the pan.
Coat each coconut bar by dipping in the chocolate with the help of two folks. Make sure the chocolate is just lukewarm and not hot at this time.
Arrange these chocolate coated bars on the butter or parchment paper. Just put 3 marks over the top to give it authentic market style look.
Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Remove from the butter/parchment paper and cut off the excessive edges.
