Peel the potatoes.
Cut them into slices. Slices should neither be too thick nor too thin.
Wash them.
Transfer them into a bowl. Make sure they shouldn't be too much wet.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds and oil.
NOTE : You need not to add oil if making in pan.
Give them a good mix and leave aside for 15 minutes.
Spread semolina in a plate.
Coat each slice of potato in semolina.
Arrange in the greased basket of air fryer.
Air fry @180°C for 15 minutes.
If making in a pan, just sprinkle little oil in the pan.
Arrange semolina costed potato slices in it.
Drizzle very little oil over them as well.
Put a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Turn their sides then.
Again cook for 5-7 minutes.
Check by inserting a fork and you will get to feel they are ready or not.
Take out of the air fryer/pan and enjoy hot and crisp.
