Wash and soak Amla overnight.
Take them out of water and poke them with fork.
Put them in another pan and boil amla for 15 minutes in sufficient amount of water after putting a lid.
Take the amla out of water and keep aside.
Add sugar and amla in a pan.
Add sugar and amla.
Also add 2 tbsp of water.
Mix and put the lid on after adding cardamoms.
Cook for about 1 hour while stirring at intervals.
Sugar will caramelize and amla will turn brown.
Take them out and put in a container.
Let them remain there for 3 days so that sugar seeps in very well.
Amla Murabba is ready. Enjoy.
