Take sweet potatoes and mash them with the fork or masher.
Add rest of the ingredients ie onion, ginger, green chilli, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, garam masala, dry mango powder, salt and coriander leaves/cilantro.
Give them a good mix.
Take some portion of the mixture and by tightly pressing it between your palm, give it a shape of roll.
Likewise prepare the rolls with the entire mixture.
Dip rice paper in water for 8-10 seconds.
Place it on a surface & put the roll inside.
Wrap it.
Put in the greased air fryer basket and brush oil on them.
Air fry rolls for 13 to 15 minutes @180°C.
Sweet potato rolls wrapped in rice paper are ready.
Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
