Ingredients

glass Curd
fresh

sugar
or as per taste

tsp
cardamom essence or powder
4-5
ice cubes
1/2
tsp
chopped almonds & pistachios
for garnish
Instructions
Take a blender and add chilled curd in it.
Add 2 tbsp sugar or as per your taste.
Drop cardamom essence.
Add the ice cubes & blend for couple of seconds.
Pour lassi into the serving glass.
Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios. Serve chilled.
Notes
If your lassi has turned too thick, add small quantity of chilled water while blending.
Make sure curd should be fresh, at least, not sour.
