preferably Cow's milk

Sugar

Baking soda

Butter

Instructions
Take a heavy bottomed pan and boil full fat milk on high flame.
Once the milk has come to the boil, bring the flame to low. Keep Stirring.
The milk will start to thicken slowly.
When the milk will be semi thick, add baking soda and sugar to it.
Let the milk cook until it attains the milkmaid consistency and then turn off the flame.
Add
butter
to the hot milkmaid and mix well.
Let it cool down.
Your homemade milkmaid/ condensed milk is ready.
