Chashni Chutney : When you have leftover chashni after making sweets.

- 1/2 cup Chashni Sugar syrup
- 1/4 cup Tamarind Pulp
- a pinch of Red chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp Black salt or as per taste
- 1-2 drops Yellow food color optional
Take a pan and add chashni and rest of the ingredients along with roasted cumin seeds.
Boil the mixture till it thickens slightly.
Let it cool down completely.
Your chashni chutney is ready to be used.
