  • 1 cup Milk chilled
  • 1 Banana
  • 3 tbsp Oats
  • 10-12 Mulberries frozen
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions
 

  • Take a blender and pour milk in it.
  • now add banana, oats ,mulberries and honey.
  • give a nice churn till turns smooth.
  • your banana mulberry oats smoothie is ready.
  • serve by adding some ice cubes, if you like.
