Rava Toast is a delicious bread toast made on tawa instantly with minimal ingredients.

- 8 slices bread
- 1/2 cup Rava / Semolina / Sooji
- 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Tomato finely chopped
- 6 tbsp Yogurt/curd
- Salt - to taste
- 1/2 tsp Chilly flakes or Red chill powder
- 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi / Dried Fenugreek leaves optional
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Oil for greasing tawa
Take a bowl and add all the ingredients i.e. curd, semolina, kasoori methi, onion, tomato, salt, black pepper and red chili flakes.
Give it a good mix. This mixture will be very thick. Keep aside.
Take the bread slices one by one and spread the sooji mixture on them evenly using spoon. Apply some oil on non stick tawa and place it on a medium heat.
Now place the coated side of bread towards the tawa and let it roast for 2 to 4 minutes or until the side turns golden brown.
Then turn the side of the bread and toast other side also.
Rava toast is ready. Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup or any other dip of your choice.
