Cookie Butter Spread | how to make Cookie Butter Spread

Cookie butter spread is the best use of leftover cookies.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams Biscuits/cookies of your choice - about 2 cups heaped (Using about 30 Good Day Biscuits)
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Salt a pinch
  • 2 tbsp Butter unsalted/melted
  • Water as per need

Instructions
 

  • Roughly break your biscuits/cookies and add them in a food processor or a blender & blend them to fine crumbs.
  • Stop the processor and then add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt to the crumbs. Again start blender.
  • When everything is mixed together properly, add the honey, vanilla and butter. Mix until combined.
  • Add water a little bit at a time with the processor running, until it has reached a creamy consistency. (I had to add about 2/3 cup of water).
  • Your cookies butter spread is ready. Pour it into an gas tight container and refrigerate it.
