Biscuits/cookies of your choice - about 2 cups heaped
(Using about 30 Good Day Biscuits)

Brown sugar

tsp
Cinnamon powder
1/2
tsp
Nutmeg powder
2
tsp
Vanilla essence
1
tbsp
Honey
Salt a pinch
2
tbsp
Butter
unsalted/melted
Water as per need
Instructions
Roughly break your biscuits/cookies and add them in a food processor or a blender & blend them to fine crumbs.
Stop the processor and then add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt to the crumbs. Again start blender.
When everything is mixed together properly, add the honey, vanilla and
butter
. Mix until combined.
Add water a little bit at a time with the processor running, until it has reached a creamy consistency. (I had to add about 2/3 cup of water).
Your cookies butter spread is ready. Pour it into an gas tight container and refrigerate it.
