Soak basil seeds in water and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
In the mean time, cut watermelon and bring out the red flesh.
Take out 3 cups of watermelon and remove seeds from them.
out of 3 cups of watermelon, cut 1 cup of watermelon into small chunks.
Put the rest of the 2 cups of water in a blender jar.
Also add sugar, cumin seeds and black salt.
Give them a nice blend and mixture will turn into liquid.
By now, basil seeds must have been puffed up.
Take a serving glass and put a spoonful of basil seeds, then pour watermelon liquid and watermelon chunks on the top.
Watermelon juice is ready.
Serve chilled after topping with mint leaves.
