Add salt, carom seeds, 2 tbsp oil and place water for boiling.
When water begins to boil, switch off the flame.
Add suji and gently mix it.
Keep aside for 10 minutes so that suji turns cool.
Transfer suji mixture in a bowl and add red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, onion, ginger paste, green chilli and coriander leaves in it.
Mix everything with hand to make a dough. Don't knead and also don't add water.
Take some portion out of suji dough, roll it between your palms and then roll it on surface with the help of a rolling pin. Use whole wheat flour, where ever needed.
Roll the Paratha to such an extent that it should neither be too thick nor too thin.
Spread few drops of oil or ghee on hot tawa and place Paratha on it.
Cook suji Ka Paratha from both the sides until turn golden brown. Fry with oil and ghee.
