An instant reliever during acidity
Ingredients
- 1 glass water
- 1/8 tsp rock salt
- juice of half lemon
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- take water at room temperature in a glass.
- add rock salt & lemon juice in it.
- at last, add baking soda.
- mix and immediately drink in one go in case of acidity.
