A medicine during acidity and an ingredient while making some recipes.
Ingredients
- 40 grams Citric acid/Nimbu Sat/Tatri (about 8.11 tsp)
- 55 grams Baking Soda (about 11.15 tsp)
- 5 grams Rock Salt (about 1 tsp)
Instructions
- grind tatri and make a fine powder out of it.
- now mix the powdered tatri, baking soda and rock salt together.
- your homemade eno salt is ready.
