take a bowl and add bananas in it.
mash them well with the help of a fork.
add sugar and oil and mix well so that everything assembles together very well.
sieve 1.5 cup of whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
with the help of a spatula, mix the mixture lightly.
add vanilla essence and 1/4 cup of walnuts (after dusting with 1 tbsp of flour) to the batter and mix it. but don't over mixing.
grease the baking tin with oil and transfer the batter into the tin and level the upper surface with spatula.
spread the rest of the walnuts (3/4 cup) over the top of batter.
tap the cake tin to release air bubbles.
bake in the preheated oven @180°C for 55 to 60 minutes.
take the cake tin out from the oven & place it on cooling rack. once cool, invert the cake in a plate.
your whole wheat banana walnut cake is ready. cut into slices & enjoy.
