Take flour in a bowl and add curd and salt.
Mix them very well.
Now start adding water, little at a time, and begin to knead the dough.
Knead a tight dough.
Cover the dough and put on rest for 16-20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, make out small balls out of entire dough. We managed to make 8 balls out of whole dough.
Roll each ball into a flat disk in the shape of poori. Dust dry flour wherever needed.
Heat drinking water in a pan. Water needs to be very hot but not roll boiling.
Slide a rolled Puri in water. It will sink in the water at the beginning.
After 1 to 2 minutes, poori will rise up to the surface.
Immediately take it out from water and put into the air fryer basket. Add only as much pooris as your air Fryer basket can accomodate. We have small air fryer, so couldn't add more than 1 poori.
Airfry @200°C for 4-5 minutes. As every Air fryer is different, so air frying time may vary from air fryer to air fryer.
Once done, take it out and prepare the next and so on.
Zero oil poori is ready to enjoy. We served it with dahi wale Aloo, the recipe of which is given here.
