Take a microwave safe bowl and pour vegan condensed milk in it. However this process can be done in saucepan as well over stove top. Microwave for 60 seconds.
Put a sieve over the bowl.
Add cocoa powder but little at a time, roughly in 3-4 batches.
Sift into the bowl.
Give a good mix.
When entire cocoa is mixed up, transfer the paste over a cling film.
Wrap it tightly.
Put in the freezer for 30 minutes or in refrigerator for 2 hours.
