Ingredients
  

1 Cup = 250 ml

Instructions
 

  • Take a microwave safe bowl and pour vegan condensed milk in it. However this process can be done in saucepan as well over stove top.
  • Microwave for 60 seconds.
  • Put a sieve over the bowl.
  • Add cocoa powder but little at a time, roughly in 3-4 batches.
  • Sift into the bowl.
  • Give a good mix.
  • When entire cocoa is mixed up, transfer the paste over a cling film.
  • Wrap it tightly.
  • Put in the freezer for 30 minutes or in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Unwrap and scoop out a small portion.
  • Roll between your greased palms.
  • Coat into the cocoa.
  • Enjoy the vegan chocolate truffles.

Notes

  1. These truffles are going to be too chocolatey but somewhat bitter in taste.
  2. If you love the bitterness of chocolate, this recipe is surely for you.
  3. If you can't handle bitterness but want to enjoy these truffles, used sweet cocoa or mix some powdered sugar.
