Take a microwave safe glass bowl. Make sure this bowl must be big in size especially height because while cooking, mixture booms upto the top.
Add paneer in it and crumble using your finger tips. Don't spoil the crumbly texture of paneer by over mashing it. Paneer needs to be grainy along with crumbly.
Add condensed milk, milk powder, rose water, desi ghee and salt.
Give a good mix.
Microwave for 3 minutes on high power (900).
Give a nice stir.
Then again microwave for 3 minutes, stir, once again for 3 minutes and lastly again microwave for 2 minutes. So here comes the total microwaving time 11 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Transfer the hot mixture into the tray greased with desi ghee.
Level the mixture with spatula.
Garnish with pistachios and tap them so that pistachios stick to the surface of mixture.
Let mixture cool down completely. Better refrigerate for some time to get harden.
