Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes. Keep aside.
In a pressure cooker, add desi ghee and put on low heat.
Add almonds, cashews, raisins and coconut.
Roast for a minute or untill they change their colour slightly and nice aroma erupts.
Add cardamoms, fennel seeds, jaggery and desi ghee residue. Mix all together.
Drain water from rice and put in pressure cooker.
Pour milk and mix together.
Let them Cook for 2 whistles.
Once the pressure releases, open the cooker.
Ghee residue sweet rice are ready.
Enjoy warm.
