Masala sweet corn recipe is made by sauteing boiled corns in butter and later seasoned with exciting spices

FOR BOILING CORNS
- 1 cup sweet corns
- 3-4 Cup water
- 1 tsp salt
FOR MAKING MASALA CORNS
- Boiled corns
- 1 tsp butter use non dairy butter if Vegan
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
BOILING OF CORNS
Take a pan and add water and salt into it.
Put the pan on heat and let the water boil first.
Add corns and let them boil for 10 minutes.
After boiling drain water from corns.
MAKING OF MASALA CORNS
Transfer corns into a pan and add butter.
Saute for about 2 minutes on medium heat. Butter melts and mixes well with corn.
Transfer the corns into a bowl.
Add red chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, black pepper powder and lemon juice. Give them a mix and taste. Adjust the seasoning, if needed.
Masala corns are ready.
They taste best if served hot.

- You can use any butter, salted or unsalted.
- Be concious while adding salt because salt is added while boiling, it might be in your butter and extra too is added.
