Ingredients
  

  • 3 mangoes or 1.5 cup mango pulp
  • 3 tsp black tea
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar or as per liking
  • 4 cup water
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Take the pulp out of mangoes. All you need 1.5 cup of pulp so quantity of mangoes may vary depending on their size.
  • Blend mango pulp into a puree & keep the puree in refrigerator.
  • Put water on heat & let it come to boil.
  • Off the pan from the heat and add tea leaves in water. You can use tea bags instead.
  • Stir and keep covered for 10 minutes.
  • Strain and put the tea decoction too in refrigerator.
  • After the tea decoction turns cool, take it along with mango puree out of refrigerator.
  • Add decoction in the blender in which mango puree is already placed.
  • Also add sugar and lemon juice.
  • Give it a nice churn untill everything is nicely blended.
  • Serve in a glass and put some ice cubes.
  • Garnish with mint leaf.
  • Enjoy chilled.
