Pour water in a pan and add oil, salt & water.
When water begins to boil, add pasta in it.
Let pasta simmer for 7 - 8 minutes or until al dente cooked (cooked as to be still firm when bitten.)
While simmering, do stir it at intervals so that pasta doesn't stick to bottom.
Drain the water and keep the pasta aside.
In a pan add oil and garlic.
Let garlic turn golden brown.
Add tomato puree and let it cook on low flame.
In 8 to 10 minutes, when puree starts leaving the sides of pan, it means tomatoes are cooked.
Add red chilli flakes, black pepper powder, oregano, mixed herbs, dry basil leaves, tomato ketchup and sugar. Mix.
Add boiled pasta and salt. Mix well.
Red sauce pasta is ready. Enjoy
