- It should have a consistency of dosa batter i.e. thick yet flowing. To gain the said consistency, add little more milk spoon by spoon, if needed.
- Now spread little oil on non stick tawa/griddle placed on low flame.
- Take a ladle full batter and pour the batter in the center of tawa.
- Gently spread the batter with the back of ladle by moving it in round direction. The method is similar to making of dosa except don’t spread the batter too much thick. The thickness of pancakes should neither be too thick nor too thin.

- After a minute or two, turn the side of pancake.
- This way, keep cooking the pancake till it turns golden from both the sides.
- Likewise make pancakes with rest of the batter.
Serve hot or cold with honey or maple syrup.
NOTES
- Whole wheat flour can be replaced with all purpose flour too.
- Measurement of sugar may vary depending upon sweetness of bananas.
- Tawa/griddle has to be non stick otherwise pancakes will stick to the surface.

Fail recipe. This recipe is a huge disappointment. I tried making the pancake and they just stuck to the bottom of the pan.
No ways. This is the most common recipe whole world makes almost in a common manner and I have made it 10 times without a single failure. If you failed, most probably you are using iron tawa instead of non stick one. Good luck for the next attempt but do it on non stick tawa only.
