Eggless pear cake recipe | easy pear cake eggless recipe with step wise pictorial and video method.
This is September and markets are flooded with pears. Yes, this is the pear season in india which lasts from late summer to early winter.
We have least used pears in our cooking and previously, just one recipe named “apple and pear cobbler” was made using pears.
Pears in previous baking made a really delectable dessert and this is the reason we were keen to make another baking recipe.
The another reason to make this cake was the appearance of whole pear embedded inside a cake.
We saw this picture somewhere on social media and got so much influenced with the appearance. This was really fascinating.
In the said picture, the pear was engrossed in a chocolate cake.
However we didn’t follow that recipe and opted out our own jam cake recipe to make the present cake, by just fixing few things here and there.
If you aren’t interested in using the whole pear then you have two ideas to apply.
One, make it upside down pear cake on the tune of our another cake named banana upside down cake.
Secondly, you can just make the batter part and bake. In this case, enhance the quantity of ingredients because space occupied by the whole pear will got vacated.
Isn’t that simple ?

WHOA I LOOOOOVE this idea of the whole pear! So cool!
Thanks
wow this looks so delicious! I’ve never baked a whole pear like that! And I learned something knew! Jaggery = sugar!
Jaggery is concentrated product of cane juice, and not a sugar.
However, thank you for dropping by
