Place a sieve over a bowl and put all purpose flour, baking soda & baking powder in it.
Sieve them into a bowl.
Add salt, sugar, milk powder and oil in it.
Mix everything well.
By now, the milk must have become buttermilk. By slowly adding buttermilk, keep on mixing dough.
No need the knead the dough. Only keep mixing so that buttermilk gets Incorporated well. You will have a very sticky dough.
Grease loaf pan and transfer dough in it.
Level the dough with spatula.
Brush oil over the dough.
Put the loaf pan in pre-heated oven and first bake @ 180℃ for 30 minutes and when 30 minutes are complete, for further 30 minutes on reducing the temperature to 160℃. In all, bake @180℃ for first 30 minutes and @160℃ for another 30 minutes which comes to total 60 minutes of baking time. However this time may vary depending on oven to oven. So need to keep an eye on bread during the last minutes of baking.
When the bread turns golden brown, bring it out of oven and brush with melted butter to give a nice shine and glaze to bread.
By running the knife on the edges of bread, take the bread out of loaf pan while bread is still hot.
Let bread turn cool completely. Cut into thin pieces and use.
