Instructions
Take out the pulp from the mangoes and add in the blender.
Add rest of the ingredients also except nuts & tutti fruity.
Blend everything into a fine puree.
Transfer the puree in airtight container & freeze for an hour or until it is semi set.
After one hour, take the semi frozen puree and transfer to blender again. Blend it one more time to break ice crystals formed.
Transfer this puree back into the container.
Add chopped nuts,
tutti fruity
, mix & back to freezer for getting set properly. It will take 8 to 10 hours.
Your mango banana ice cream is ready. Enjoy
Notes
Better finish this ice cream in 2 to 3 days because thereafter bananas in the ice cream will begin to change their colour to blackish.
