Instant condensed milk recipe made with minimal ingredients and gets ready in less than 10 minutes time

- 1 cup Milk Power
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tbsp Butter unsalted
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 1/4 Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Warm water
Take a bowl and add milk powder in it.
Add sugar after powdering it in a blender.
Add cornflour & baking soda in it.
Add butter but it must be melted.
Now start adding water little by little to make a thick but flowing mixture.
Transfer this mixture in a heavy bottom pan & place on low flame.
Keep stirring for 2 to 3 minutes & let mixture turn little more thick.
Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down completely.
Your instant condensed milk is ready.
Transfer in airtight container and place in refrigerator. Stays good for 1 month.
- Do not cook on high flame or over cook the mixture otherwise sugar will start caramelizing and milkmaid will turn brown in colour.
- Don't get confused with the consistency of milkmaid while it is hot. When the mixture will be kept in refrigerator, it will turn more thick.
