Khaman chutney recipe is the special chutney which is served with khaman/dhokla and that is made with khaman/dhokla itself.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves with stems
  • 4 pieces of khaman/dhokla
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a grinder jar.
  • Blend them finely.
  • Khaman/Dhokla chutney is ready.
