Suji Besan cutlet in air Fryer

Suji Besan cutlet also called by the name Suji Besan balls is a simple snack recipe using semolina and gram flour.

1 cup = 250 ml
- 1/2 cup semolina/suji
- 1/2 cup gram flour/besan
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp oil + little more for brushing
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Take a bowl and add 1/2 cup semolina and 1/2 cup gram flour in it.
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp Salt. Add 1 cup water and whisk well to no lumps.
Add oil in a pan and add cumin and onion in it.
Let onion turn slight soft and mushy.
Now add batter and cook on low heat until the batter starts leaving the sides of the pan and turn into a lump.
Take the lump out in a bowl and cool for 5 minutes.
Add coriander leaves and knead the lump into a dough.
Make small balls by greasing your palms.
Put all the balls in greased Airfryer basket and brush oil over them. Alternatively you can deep fry these balls.
Air fry for 15 minutes @180°C. Shake the balls inbetween.
Suji Besan cutlets are ready.
